Hello, my name is Ted, thats me on the left. I run a local Property Management and Construction company based out of Howard County, Maryland. I have been rehabbing homes for over 14 years and work with a small team of other dedicated individuals.

We offer services dealing with decks, framing, drywall (installation, finishing, repair, painting), installation of trim/moulding, minor electrical work (lights, recessed lights, switches, fans, exhaust fans), flooring (tile, carpet), carpentry, cabinets, countertop installation, vanity and faucet replacements, and repairs of all kinds!
